In partnership with Riddell Sports and the Women's National Football Conference (WNFC), Got Her Back launched the Keep Her In The Game Hardship Fund in 2021. The Fund supplies helmets, cleats, and other critical equipment required for safe gameplay to women and girls playing flag or tackle football around the world.

Today, Got Her Back is very proud to announce the second cycle of grant recipients, fifteen female football players worldwide. From youth football to the Women's National Football Conference, the 2023 grant cycle extended its reach to football players internationally of all age levels. Special thanks to Riddell Sports for providing funding for the Keep Her in the Game Grant program.

"I want to say thank you for blessing me with the Keep Her in the Game Grant award. The helmet will help me not only continue to play the game that I love professionally but also keep me safe while doing so. Now I can come into the next season with one less worry and focus on the most important thing, inspiring the next generation of women professional football players." - Mallory, WNFC
“With the help of the Keep Her in the Game Grant, I am now able to afford safe access to tackle football, reducing a key barrier to entry by providing safe and up to date equipment.
